— Full balance payable to “PEARL” due upon booking
— 50% non-refundable for cancellations on or before April 14, 2013
— Cancellations after April 14, 2013 are non-refundable

Exhibits will be open Sunday, May 19. Exhibits will be strategically placed near the meeting rooms and catered breaks during the day. All exhibitors have the opportunity to display their literature on a literature table on Monday, May 20 (space limitations apply). The entire exhibit area is carpeted. Standard electrical power is available through perimeter wall outlets. if you need power it is recommended to bring an extension cord.

Sunday, May 19

  • Set up 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.
  • Display 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    (opening reception 4:30 – 6:00pm)
  • Tear Down 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Monday, May 20

  • Literature Table 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m

TAKE-ONE” TABLE – $300

Can’t make it to the event but want to get your literature in front of this audience? you can have your literature distributed at the 16th Electrical Safety, Reliability and Sustainability Conference & Exhibition at the Take-One Table. Event management will distribute and replenish your literature in this specially designed area near the entrance to the main conference room.

  • Exhibition company is responsible for shipment arrangements of literature both to and from the Hotel Monteleone
  • Take-One Table area is to be unmanned
  • No exhibitors or corporate representatives will be allowed in this designated area
