BOOTH REGISTRATION FEE

    • $2,100 per 8′ x 10′ inline space
    • $2,200 per 8′ x 10′ corner space

BOOTH REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

    • Draped space (8′ high back drape, 3′ high side drape)
    • Company name sign
    • Exhibitor badges for booth personnel
    • Shared wireless internet connectivity
    • General security

— The entire exhibit area has ballroom type carpeting
— Electrical is not included in the booth space cost

BOOTH PAYMENT

    • 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking
    • Full balance due on or before May 20, 2013
    • Cancellations after May 20, 2013 are non-refundable

      Saturday, July 20 – 9:00 am–11:00am
    • Exhibit Hours
      Saturday, July 20 – 11:30 am–1:30 pm and 4:15 pm–6:45pm
      Sunday, July 21 – 11:30 am–1:30 pm and 4:15 pm–6:45pm
      Monday, July 22 – 11:30am–1:30pm
    • Move Out
      Monday, July 22 – 1:30 pm–4:00 pm

TAKE-ONE TABLE – $500
Can’t make it to the event but want to get your literature in front of this qualified audience? You can have your literature distributed at the “Take-One” Table area. Show management will distribute and replenish your literature in this specially designed area at the entrance to the exhibition.

    • Exhibition company is responsible for shipment arrangements of literature both to and from exhibit facility.
    • “Take-One” Table area is to be unstaffed.
    • No exhibitors or corporate representatives will be allowed in this designated area.
