Exhibits will be open Sunday, May 6. exhibits will be strategically placed near the meeting rooms and catered breaks during the day. All exhibitors have the opportunity to display their literature on a literature table on Monday, May 7 (space limitations apply). The entire exhibit area is carpeted. Standard electrical power is available through perimeter wall outlets. if you need power it is recommended to bring an extension cord.

  • Display 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tear Down 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Monday, May 7

  • Literature Table 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m

Event management will distribute and replenish your literature in this specially designed area near the entrance to the main conference room.
