Exhibits will be open Sunday, May 4. Exhibits will be strategically placed near the meeting rooms and catered breaks during the day. All exhibitors have the opportunity to display their literature on a literature table on Monday, May 5 (space limitations apply).

  • Set up 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.
  • Display 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (opening reception 4:30 – 6:00pm)
  • Tear Down 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Monday, May 5

  • Literature Table 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m

TAKE-ONE” TABLE – $300

Can’t make it to the event but want to get your literature in front of this audience? you can have your literature distributed at the Take-One Table area. Event management will distribute and replenish your literature in this specially designated area near the entrance to the main conference room.

  • Exhibition company is responsible for shipment arrangements of literature both to and from the exhibit facility
  • Take-One Table area is to be unstaffed
  • No exhibitors or corporate representatives will be allowed in this designated area
